CHI 218 head flow test

A customer just dropped off a CHI 3V 218 head [no longer in production] & wanted it flowed. It is 100% stock out of the box. He also allowed me to tidy up the bowl, combustion chamber & entrance. No metal was taken off the valve insert, just nicely blended the alloy into the valve insert & radiused the top cut into the combustion chamber, plus there was some blending required at the entrance where the cnc machine had profiled just a few mill inside. About 10 minutes in all. So the figures below are before & after results.
